Multifamily investment sales in NH & MA
Apartment buildings, mixed-use and portfolios: sold quietly to qualified buyers, or bought before they reach the market.
Multifamily is most of what we do
Since 2024 we've closed or put under contract more than 450 units across New Hampshire and Massachusetts, from 5-unit buildings to multi-building portfolios. Most of those deals never hit the market.
That matters on both sides. Owners get a sale without tenants hearing about it first. Buyers get a look at buildings that never show up on LoopNet or Crexi, without a bidding war against every other investor in New England.

Common questions
What size multifamily properties do you handle?
Five units and up, from single buildings to portfolios and larger complexes. We also handle mixed-use buildings with residential units.
How do buyers value apartment buildings in New Hampshire?
Mainly on net operating income and the cap rate buyers need, then adjusted for rents versus market, deferred maintenance, utilities and financing. A building with below-market rents can be worth more to the right buyer than its current income suggests.
Can you find me off-market multifamily in NH?
Yes. Tell us your price range, target towns, unit count and financing on the buy/sell form and we'll match you to deals as they come up, often before they're marketed.
Do you work with Massachusetts investors buying in New Hampshire?
Often. We're licensed in both states, and many of our buyers are Massachusetts owners moving equity north, frequently through a 1031 exchange.
