Commercial real estate markets we serve
Statewide in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with closed deals in 15 NH towns since 2024.
New Hampshire and Massachusetts, statewide
We're not tied to one office or one town. We go where the deal is: multifamily, retail, industrial, land, senior housing and hospitality, on or off market.
Manchester & Nashua
Manchester, Nashua, Amherst, Auburn
Southern New Hampshire's core: the state's two largest cities and the towns around them. Deep tenant demand, the most active buyer pool in the state and easy reach for Massachusetts investors.
Seacoast & Strafford County
Dover, Rochester, Somersworth, Farmington, New Durham
Workforce housing and value-add multifamily close to Portsmouth and the Seacoast employment base, at lower price points than the coast itself.
Central NH & Lakes Region
Concord, Franklin, Epsom, Moultonborough, Tamworth
The capital region and the Lakes: multifamily, retail, development land and hospitality, with higher yields and less competition than the southern tier.
Western NH
Keene, Claremont
Established downtowns along the Connecticut River valley, with mill redevelopment, multifamily and retail opportunities.
Northern & Eastern Massachusetts
Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Greater Boston
Where many of our sellers and 1031 buyers start. We're licensed in Massachusetts and work with owners statewide, often pairing a MA sale with an NH purchase.
Most of our business never hits the market
$35M+ across 20+ closed and under-contract transactions since 2024, and more than 60% of it never hit the market.
Figures include transactions currently under contract and scheduled to close.
